¡¾Usage¡¿  

Before color fixing, please rinse the dyed fabric fully (when need should soaping), remove residual dyestuff, salt and alkali, to ensure the subsequent fixation effect.

Recommend general dosage and process:

 1. £ºThe dipping method

Dye-fixing agent WD: 1-6% O.W.F

Bath ratio: 1£º15~20

Temperature and time: 30~50¡æ¡Á 15~20min

Dyeing cloth¡údipping in fixing agent BS with 30~50¡æ, running 15 ~ 30 min¡ú washing ¡údrying

2. £ºPad method

Dye-fixing agent WD£º 20-60 g/l

Dyeing cloth, room temperature, two dip two pad fixing agent WD  ¡ú drying.
